This fee covers gas, travel time, materials, and the creation of a fingerprint/pawprint impression. The fee is nonrefundable and may be applied toward the purchase of a keepsake if ordered within 30 days. Cities in the service area are Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Yorktown and Poquoson.
